If you have a Conditional offer you will be sent an email from UEL which will provide details of how to apply for accommodation. Once you have met your offer conditions and passed any required applicant checks you will need to pay your deposit and first rent installment (£750) to secure your room. We will then allocate you a room in halls, providing you meet our eligibility criteria and subject to availability.
If you have firmly accepted an Unconditional offer and passed any required applicant checks you will receive an email offering you the chance to apply for a place in our Student Village by logging in to UEL Direct, our student portal. To secure your place you will need to complete the online application process and pay your deposit and first rent installment (£750 in total). We will then allocate your room, providing you meet our eligibility criteria and subject to availability.
If you have accepted a conditional/unconditional offer from UEL as your Insurance choice, you will be not be able to apply for a place in our Student Village at this stage. If you subsequently firmly accept an unconditional offer from UEL you will receive an email offering you the chance to apply online for a place (see above for details).
If you are an international student, please note that by paying your deposit and accepting the agreement you are committed to the tenancy regardless of any visa issues which arise.
