Email enquiries will be considered in the same fashion as written or fax enquiries. As a consequence, please do not expect an immediate reply. We will endeavour to send an e-mail response as soon as possible, but this will depend on staff availability and the number of enquiries received. In the first instance, up to thirty minutes will be spent researching each enquiry received. If the enquiry requires the sensing of photocopies or printouts, we will contact you directly with further information.
As the retrospective cataloguing of the Archive is still ongoing, there are significant sections of the Collection which have yet to be added to our online database. Consequently, if you would like the Archivist to carry out an extensive search on your behalf, we would ask that you complete a Search Request Form and return it to the Archivist. These forms can be obtained directly from the Archivist and can also be downloaded from this web site by clicking on the words "Search Request Form". The form will be in PDF format and can be returned to the address provided on the form. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for this form to be returned to you, as this will depend on staff availability.
