I'm Mark Holloway. I'm a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who is responsible for postgraduate programmes in Occupational and Business Psychology.

I am the Programme Director for the MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology and for the MSc Business Psychology.

Apart from my involvement on the MSc, I am also heavily involved in corporate consultancy work on behalf of the School of Psychology. Current and recent projects include working with Army and RAF Instructors to help them to coach new recruits, working with teachers to help them have better conversations with parents, and working with managers to help them take control of their careers. I also design and run corporate attitude surveys and large-scale projects using the MBTI for staff development purposes. In addition to this, I am qualified in the use of many other psychometric instruments which I use for selection and development purposes.
