Strategies and Policies
The School of Psychology Learning and Teaching Strategy is based on the aims of our UEL Strategy, “A Culture for Success”, which has seven aims:
- to place the quality of each student’s learning experience at the centre of all our activities;
- to develop, support, value and reward excellence in teaching;
- to create and celebrate a culture of success for all students and staff;
- to be recognised for our inclusive curricula and effective pedagogy that enables the success of our diverse learning community;
- to enhance the relationship between teaching, research and scholarship to benefit students’ learning;
- to ensure our students have the skills necessary for success in learning, personal development, employment and the enhancement of employability; and
- to provide home and international students with a range of study options that meet their particular learning needs.
