International Tourism Management is delivered by the Business School at the University of East London and will appeal to all those who wish to work in the Tourism and Leisure Industries. Programme content reflects growth and the broad nature of International Tourism. Tourism related revenue contributes annually some $3.6 trillion to the world economy, which is the equivalent to 8% of world exports and 11% of the world’s GDP. Currently over 200 million people are employed worldwide in tourism related employment; the equivalent of 8% of the global workforce.The International Tourism Management pathway is designed to support that economy in light of London 2012 and beyond. The programme incorporates many established areas of management, such as marketing and finance, but also will focus on customer service and operations excellence, and strategic management.

All our Combined Honours Programmes can be studied on a Part-time or Full-time basis. As a Part-time student, you will study the same degree programme, but at a slower pace. You will study up to 4 modules per year (instead of 6 as a full-time student).
