Aimed at those looking to develop their HR career or develop their people management skills, the programme has been designed to reflect the professional areas and HR behaviours identified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) for effective HR practice. As an Advanced CIPD accredited programme you will gain the knowledge component to apply for Chartered Management CIPD status (MCIPD) on successful completion of  the programme. You will gain skills in project and change management and leadership, and enhance your personal effectiveness and influencing skills through practitioner focused skill workshops and development. You will also learn how to identify, analyse and make HR interventions that solve business problems and gain a critical understanding of how business and HR strategies are shaped.
