Joyce Okello, Planning Manager: Managing the submission of the University statutory and funding returns, the University’s internal planning, monitoring and evaluation processes. Advising on policy developments and new requirements relevant to the University’s planning or regulatory needs. Supporting the development of key themes within the University’s Corporate Plan, or its key sub-strategies. Providing guidance to colleagues in Schools and Services relating to the University’s planning or regulatory needs, for instance with regard to the collection of data or the availability of funding for different programmes.

Paivi Allen, Research Manager: Designing and managing the delivery of research projects to support the development of key themes within the University's Corporate Plan. Providing advice on new policy developments and sector research. Conducting quantitative research into factors affecting retention, employability and recruitment. Developing data performance queries on MIS. Developing and monitoring the institution’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Supporting the development of key themes within the University’s Corporate Plan, or its key sub-strategies; supporting the corporate planning function by collaborating with schools in setting student number targets and monitoring performance against targets.

Omolara Amuwa, Planning Administrator: Assisting with collecting and reporting data for all scheduled formal communications with the government bodies which fund the University. Assisting with the timely management of UEL’s own planning systems, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of plans, progress reports, management information. Collecting data from a variety of sources and collating into central reports, databases, spreadsheets or other forms for use in planning. Assisting with the organisation of events, such as the University’s annual Planning Conference. Extracting and analysing data from the University’s Management Information System and other sources and producing standard reports.
