Academic Taster sessions at the BLC
Ever wondered what studying an academic subject at University involves? Want a taste of the subject/s you are interested in? Why not come along to one of our popular and free UEL Taster sessions: Check back for tasters coming in Autumn.
The Starting Out programme is a series of workshops designed to support prospective students interested in returning to education in gaining a taste of the skills and knowledge to do so with confidence.
They are offered by UEL’s IAG team at the Barking Learning Centre. The workshops run every Tuesday from the 21st May to the 25th June between 10am and 12pm. Workshops include; Educational opportunities and presenting your CV, Study skills, and One to one advice and guidance. Click here to book a place
