UEL fashion student Le Thuy Le Thi has been chosen from the hundreds of fashion students presenting at this year’s Graduate Fashion Week as one of just six students to appear on ITV daytime show, This Morning, tomorrow.
Graduate Fashion Week kicks off this weekend at Earls Court 2 in London and so the show is presenting a feature highlighting the absolute best of what will be on offer for those looking to attend the event over the next few days.
Le Thuy Le Thi’s collection is entitled Afternoon Tea and is inspired by the beauty of porcelain and the patterns and designs found on fine tea-ware, along with old photographs of people enjoying high tea in previous centuries.
Le Thuy said of her forthcoming appearance on the iconic daytime show: “It’s fantastic to have been given this exposure ahead of our Graduate Fashion Week catwalk show on Sunday, hopefully people will see my work and want to find out more. I look forward to the possibility of meeting people at the show who saw my work on television. The Graduate Fashion Week show is exciting enough so this will really make it an event to remember .”
The feature is scheduled to be broadcast at around 12pm tomorrow. This Morning will offer viewers the opportunity to vote online for their favourite designs after the show, voting will then remain open until noon on Wednesday with the winner being announced on the following Friday.
