Tonight (October 26) sees an evening of motivational speakers, including Sunny Lambe, Chief Executive of the Black Business Initiative; Dwayne Fields, a UEL student and the first black British man to reach the North Pole, and UEL’s very own fashion star Bunmi Olaye. This event begins at 5.45pm in lecture theatre EB 2.44.
Bunmi, whose stunning collections have caught the attention of everyone from Mel B to Michelle Obama, said: “It’s great to be given the opportunity to speak to students and inspire them to follow their goals and ambitions”.
Dwayne added: “It’s an honour to be given the chance to speak to and hopefully motivate other students”.
