UEL joins the European Foundation for Management Development

The University of East London’s Royal Docks Business School has been accepted into the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) this week.

The EFMD is recognised globally as an accreditation body of quality in management education and has established accreditation services for business schools and business school programmes, corporate universities and technology-enhanced learning programmes.

The University joins a network of 750 organisations that form a unique forum for information, research, networking and debate on innovation and best practice in management development through the EFMD.

Associate Dean of the Royal Docks Business School, Robert Lentell says, “UEL is dedicated to serving students, businesses and the community and we are very pleased to join the EFMD and working with a range of prestigious business schools and blue-chip companies. This partnership will deliver range of exciting opportunities for UEL students, staff and researchers at an international level.”

Located by the side of London’s Royal Albert Dock, UEL’s Royal Docks Business School delivers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes that are relevant in today’s fast-paced industry. Working with businesses through the Knowledge Dock Business Centre, the School offers specialist business expertise in business start-up, marketing, human resource management, finance, public sector management and business strategy.
