Award-winning architect David Adjaye will open the Architecture End of Year Show on Wednesday 24 June at the University of East London (UEL) Docklands Campus.
The show will feature the work of 400 students on undergraduate and postgraduate Architecture programmes. UEL's School of Architecture and Visual Arts attracts students from around the world and the exhibition has an international flavour.
Andrew Higgott, Acting Subject Director for Architecture at the School of Architecture and Visual Arts, said: “UEL is really pleased that David Adjaye will open the show for us this year. This is a real celebration of the years’ work from talented Architecture students who have worked very hard on their creations.
“We have an amazing display of different projects influenced by themes across the world, it’s a real eye opener and shows the high level of creativity and diversity we have at UEL.”
Journalists are invited to attend the private viewing of the show on Wednesday 24 June from 6 – 9pm. The Show will open to the public from 25 June – 10 July.
