Adobe Contribute

Adobe Contribute is an easy-to-use Web page editor designed for nontechnical users. Contribute works like a Web browser, but with Edit Page and New Page buttons. Once in edit mode, you can use it like a word processor, with good control over formatting and the ability to add images and tables. You can also insert Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and Flash movies. Once you are done, you can choose between publishing to the Web and saving changes for later.

With Adobe Contribute:

• anyone can easily update and publish content to their existing departmental/school web sites without knowing HTML.
• multiple users can safely work together on the same web site. The check-in/check-out feature indicates whether a team member is editing a particular page, preventing accidental overwrites.
• the versioning system that maintains a living history of page changes, making it possible to simply roll back to the previous version with one click if a mistake is made
