Site Manager

Site Manager is our new easy-to-use Enterprise Web Content Management system that provides bundles of highly configurable yet extendable functionality. Site manager will be replacing Adobe Contribute and will introduce an easier approach to managing our web pages. It automates and streamlines the creation, approval and publishing of on-line content and expertly interacts
with data stored in external Enterprise systems.

With Site Manager you can:

• Edit web pages easily - You can edit web pages easily with no technical skills required, the system empowers literally anyone who can type to take control of authoring web pages.
• Edit content in WYSIWYG - WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor will
  allow you to format text, add accessible tables, use a familiar MS Word-type environment with familiar looking icons.
• Multimedia - quickly include multimedia like YouTube link and upload images.
• Schedule updates - content updates and expiry dates. This feature allows for the authoring and approval of content to happen today but the publishing only to occur at a pre-selected date in the future. Content can automatically expire from the site at some future predetermined date.
• Publish to Multiple Sections and Multiple Sites - publish to Multiple Sections and Multiple Sites. Content can be written once and appear at several locations within your site(s).
