Postgraduate study

We have a strong portfolio of postgraduate programmes within the school including many programmes with an international focus and opportunities for work based experience in the UK and abroad. We have a lively postgraduate research community, partaking in ground-breaking work, including around 50 PhD students, many of whom have won scholarships. 

We teach postgraduate degrees in the subjects of Law and Criminology, and within Social Sciences our programmes cover Anthropology, Innovation Studies, International Relations, Narrative Research, NGO's, International Development, Refugee Studies and Transport.

The School’s postgraduate programmes are distinguished by:
