Brief biography

Justin Pierce graduated with an LLB from the University of East London. He is currently undertaking a PhD in Administrative Law.  Justin continues to be actively involved in pro bono representation with a specific interest in EU workers rights cases and Landlord and tenant disputes.

Areas of Interest/Summary of Expertise

Administrative Law. Judicial review and rights interpretation with a particular focus on tools of interpretation and the constitutional impact of judicial decision making. Other interests include EU workers rights.advocacy and pro bono representation.
