Brief biography

Dr. Gunter is a senior lecturer in criminology and Programme Leader for the Foundation Degree in Applied Criminology. Prior to embarking upon a career in academia Anthony worked for over 10 years in East London within a variety of community settings as a detached community and youth worker and Project / Area Manager.

Activities and responsibilities

Teaching and administering modules on the BA Criminology and Criminal Justice and FdA in Applied Criminology Programmes. Anthony is also Programme Leader for the FdA in Applied Criminology and has lead responsibility for Professional Development and employer engagement within the Criminology Field.
