Inter-Library Loan

  • If a book or journal is not held at a UEL Library and Learning Centre (not listed on the catalogue) you may be able request it from another library via the inter-library loan service. Interlibrary loans are available for most research students and staff. An application form is available online here.

Accessing other university Libraries [Sconul]

  • We are part of the largest borrowing scheme for Higher Education researchers in the UK and Ireland - Sconul Access.
  • Sconul Access cards are available to academic staff on open or fixed term contracts and postgraduate research students registered for a PhD, MPhil or similar qualification awarded purely by research. With this card you will have borrowing access to over 170 Higher Education Libraries. Click here for the further information.
