E-books

What are e-books?

E-books are an electronic version of paper books. They contain the same content, but are accessible by everyone at the same time and wherever and whenever they want.

How to access e-books On- and Off-Campus

  • Access the Library Catalogue
  • Enter your search terms e.g. Study skills, and click on Go
  • Filter the results to show only e-resources by clicking on ‘online resources’
  • Choose the e-book you want to read and click on: online access (may be restricted) (GetIt)

Please see our e-books quick guide‌ for more information.‌‌

Search All Databases

Save time by searching many of our Subscribed Databases at the same time. You can choose to search all, search by subject or select your sources. To access off-campus, you will need a valid UEL network username and password and/or might be asked for a valid Athens username and password.

Note: A few Databases do not accept UEL or Athens password and username and they only work on-campus, check here for their login details (access only on-campus) or contact us for the username and password.
