Please see also our section about Library Users with Disability and Dyslexia.
Disabled and dyslexic students at UEL will find the libraries accessible and welcoming. Staff will offer the help and support that is needed to make the best use of the services and collections.
All upper floors of the libraries are accessible by lift. Please note that lifts cannot be used when there is a fire alarm, and wheelchair users will be shown the safe places to wait for rescue. A comprehensive guide and further information about physical access to our Libraries and Learning Centres can be found at the DisabledGo website, which is a national disabled access guide.
Peak permits are only available to students who are Blue Badge holders or who have a significant health condition. If you need more information, wish to apply for a parking permit or have any further questions to parking in Docklands, Stratford or Duncan House, please click on the following link accessing the Facilities Services website at UEL with all key information and contact details.
