Women at Work

This lecture asks does there continue to be differences in the business opportunities available to women, as compared to men?
Are women’s business careers different and what are the implications for the rising generation of women in business?

Guests include:
Professor Marilyn Davidson, Co-Director of the Centre for Equality and Diversity at Work Manchester Business School
Marilyn Davidson has published over 150 academic articles and nineteen books, such as 'Women in Management Worldwide: Fact, Figures and Analysis'(with RJ Burke); ‘Individual Diversity and Psychology in Organizations’ (with SL Fielden). Marilyn is frequently quoted in the national press and makes regular appearances on national radio and TV.

Heather McGregor Director of Taylor Bennett
Heather McGregor is an experienced journalist and regularly contributes to national newspapers and magazines; she is most famous for being ‘Mrs Moneypenny’ in the financial times. Heather joined Taylor Bennett, in 2000 and is now the company’s principal shareholder. Heather founded Unicorn Jobs in 2007.
