
Welcome to the University of East London (UEL) Language Centre. We offer English courses for international students, including Pre-sessional Academic and In-sessional Academic. These are taught at our modern and well equipped Docklands and Stratford campuses and are supported online.
These courses are for international students who want to study a degree or foundation course at UEL or another university in the UK and need to improve their academic English. The University of East London runs a course designed to help you prepare for the Metropolitan Police Interpreters test taking place in May 2013. The course will begin in February 2013 and takes place on our Stratford Campus.
This ten week programme will help you gain valuable employability skills whilst assisting the Metropolitan Police support the victims of crime, deal with suspects, court appearances and hospital patients.
