Audio Visual Services

What is the service?

IT Services provides and supports advance audio visual presentation systems across the University to facilitate conferences, presentations and to enhance learning and teaching.

What is included?

The service includes:

  • AV emergency response to support academic delivery
  • AV systems and equipment user support and maintenance
  • AV equipment loans
  • Conference and seminar AV support
  • Training for users of AV systems and equipment
  • Installation and configuration of assistive technology hardware and software
  • AV systems design

How do I request the service?

To book equipment your should visit our Audio Visual Counter based on each campus, alternatively you can telephone them on 020 8223 2468 (press option 2), or contact the IT Service Desk

If you wish to confirm the AV equipment available within a specific teaching room you can contact Timetabling, alternatively for all other enquiries please contact the  IT Service Desk
