Account Management and Logins

What is the service?

In order to gain access to the majority of systems in the University you will need a username and password.  This includes UEL Direct (the student portal), our network, Delta (our student records system), Trent (the HR system), and Agresso (financial and Procurement System) as well as our Virtual Learning Environments and many other systems. 

What is included?

The service includes:

  • Creating new accounts
  • Changing account passwords
  • Account and storage management
  • Removal of existing accounts

How do I request the service?

New accounts

New accounts for students are created automatically, and included with your confirmation of an offer of a place at UEL.

New accounts for staff are created upon receipt of a completed ITF001-StaffNetworkAccountApplicationForm form within IT Services.
