IT Service Desk

IT Service Desk offers a comprehensive support service to all IT users, with IT Service Desks located on all three campuses. We encourage you to make full use of the advice and guidance on offer and ask that you come to us for assistance if you are experiencing difficulties with any aspect of our IT systems. Remember: You can also telephone any time you need us!.

Campus Service Desk Opening Hours
Semesters - Monday to Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm
Holidays - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

Phone and E-mail Support

We offer comprehensive support via email and phone. Email help is available Monday to Fridays 9am to 5pm. Or if you prefer you can call our phone support at any time as we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Contact us.

Core services include:

  • Providing support for all students using our services
  • Maintenance and smooth running of our IT Trading Floor and Conference and Computing Centre
  • Ensuring you can log on - for example, changing network passwords
  • Booking and reporting any of your IT based problems to the relevany support team
  • Troubleshooting problems with software
  • Providing guidance and advice on your IT problem
  • Support for Student Printing - Mono (Black and White A4 at 5p per sheet and A3 at 10p per sheet. Colour A4 at 25p per sheet and A3 at 50p per sheet)
  • Giving guidance on relevant IT Training.
