Remember that we also provide a range of information and literature. These are available from our Service Desk, or can be downloaded.
You should also contact us with any technical difficulties with software, hardware or with logging on and changing passwords. And if you feel your security has been compromised – for instance if someone has accessed your password or username – we ask you to contact us immediately.
