Audio Visual Equipment

How do I borrow AV equipment to use for my presentation?

All our teaching rooms have AV equipment installed but, if you are a student and need to borrow equipment for use on campus, or a member of staff and need a mobile solution we can help.

Students will need complete an AV loan form and then get it countersigned by your Dean of School. Your form should then be returned to the AV counter on the campus where you wish to use the equipment.

Staff can book equipment by producing a valid staff ID card at either of our AV counters. Demand for this equipment is high so you are advised to book as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment.

You can also visit our AV Services at:
