Pay Using Cash

All students need to register their student cards on the Money Loader Machine before they can add money to their account. The Money Loaders do not give change, so you are advised to only enter enough credit for your short term needs – refunds are not given.

  1. Swipe your student ID card with magnetic strip facing right and closest to the Money Loader Machine.
  2. When your balance is displayed, feed in coins or notes to the desired amount.
  3. Your new balance will be displayed.
  4. Press the 'Finish' button to log off
  5. If you do not press Finish then you will see a ‘please wait’ message on the screen, the system will then log you out automatically.

All money loaders will accept  £1 £2 coins, £5, £10, and £20 notes
