IT Services

We are here to ensure our IT systems work to the benefit of all UEL students and staff. Our team of 60 are based across the Docklands, Stratford and Duncan House campuses and are responsible for IT support, operations, information systems, and infrastructure

We also design, plan and develop UEL’s strategic direction for information technology and provide guidance on the development of best practice procedures.

Accessible IT Support

We offer friendly, expert and accessible advice to all staff and students. You’ll find 24/7 advice via this website, so check out our How to… section to see if your question is answered here.

Your first port of call for one-to-one advice is our IT Service Desk and you can drop in, call or email us for support and guidance. We offer this service across our campuses, and staff are available 9am-9pm every weekday during semesters – with a 24-hour service available by phone. Our ITService Desks counters are also staffed during the daytime at weekends and during vacations. Contact us now.

Also if you’re working on an idea or project that will require IT input, please make use of our IT Project Management team.
