In an increasingly digital world, where designs may be bought online the second they hit the catwalk, fashion designers need legal advice and knowledge to help combat commercial exploitation of their collections. How does a student or young designer with no budget for legal advice avoid the pitfalls of visual plagiarism and design copyright? Are there any easy answers concerning Intellectual copyright. What are the potential issues and how can they be avoided?

Knowledge Dock are presenting a panel discussion to shed light on what can seem like murky waters.  All are invited to join the debate, hear from industry experts and join networking session to continue this lively discussion.
