New Library Management teething problems

Library and Learning Services are in the process of implementing a new online library management system that will improve access to library resources for students and staff.

Unfortunately we are experiencing some teething problems with the new system that may affect students and staff using the system over the next couple of weeks.

Please get in touch if you or your students experience any problems using our online library service:

  • Visit the library helpdesks where a member of staff will deal with any problems. Staff are available 9am – 9pm weekdays; 12 noon – 5pm weekends during the semester.
  • Phone the library (020 8223 3434/4224/3346) to speak to a member of staff,  9am – 9pm weekdays; 12 noon – 5pm weekends.
  • Chat to or email the Library online at www.uel.ac.uk/askalibrarian
