Tuesday 30 October 2012

Library 541 x 290

UEL's libraries are still experiencing some problems with the new library management system. While they are working to resolve these issues, all library fines have been suspended.

If you find you have fines on your library account, please don't worry, they will be waived the next time you are in the library.

If you have any queries or problems with your library account, please get in touch:

  • Visit the library helpdesks where a member of staff will deal with any problems. Staff are available 9am – 9pm weekdays; 12 noon – 5pm weekends during the semester
  • Phone the library (020 8223 3434/4224/3346) to speak to a member of staff, 9am – 9pm weekdays; 12 noon – 5pm weekends (Duncan House library self service on Sundays)
  • Chat to or email the Library online with Ask A Librarian
