
IT Services are introducing an account expiry warning system for those people with network accounts that are reaching their expiry date.
This system will run at 1am every day and will send an email warning (example below) to anyone who has an account that expires within 14 days.
Please note that any requests for contract extensions must be approved by both your Dean or Director, and confirmed by HR to IT Services. If you are using a Sponsored Account, you will need to complete a new Sponsored Account Request form (ITF008).

If you need to extend your network access beyond this, please ask your Dean or Director to email the request to the IT Service Desk (servicedesk@uel.ac.uk) specifying the new expiry date required.
