IT Services to upgrade DELTA

Following consultation with School Registrars and Heads of Service, it has been agreed that IT Services will upgrade DELTA on 15-16 April 2013. This means DELTA will be unavailable for data entry for these two days.

The system will also be unavailable from 5pm on Friday 12 April 2013 with no weekend access (13/14 April) and will be available again for data entry from 9am on Wednesday 17 April 2013. A Read Only version of the database will be available for dealing with queries from 9am on Monday 15 April 2013.

Please note that DELTA, JASPER REPORTS AND UEL DIRECT will be down for the duration of the upgrade. Students will still be able to access UEL Plus, Web mail and ECDL via the UEL Direct login from the University homepage and staff will be able to respond to all queries using the read only version of the database that will be available.

Please ensure that all staff who use DELTA, Jasper Reports or UEL Direct are aware of this upgrade.
