Winner of the internal communications survey prize draw announced
Congratulations to Sara Kassam who has won £20 for completing the recent internal communications survey. We received around 200 responses which revealed some interesting results about how you felt about the way we communicate with you.
You may be interested to hear that the most popular channels for information among staff are the staff newsletter and email, followed by face-to-face communication. We were also inundated with ideas and suggestions regarding how we can improve internal communication at UEL.
As a next step, we will be collating the responses and identifying some clear goals and actions to take forward which we will publish in this very newsletter.Thank you to everyone who responded to the survey. Christmas Greetings from InFocus
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all staff a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
