Breif Biography:

“I graduated from City University in 2005 with a BSc in Psychology. Since then, I have pursued my interest in research and have worked as a Research Assistant for the Women’s Sport and Fitness Foundation where I was involved in various projects looking into women and girls’ health and wellbeing, levels of participation and barriers to physical activity.

I joined the Institute of Health and Human Development in January 2008 as Project Officer for the Well London programme. My current responsibilities include supporting the programme planning and management and performance monitoring of the Well London Programme.
