Brief Biography

Allison is an independent consultant who specialises in work with public, private and third sector leaders including community based leaders.  She has over 20 years experience in the voluntary sector, as a volunteer, employee, chief executive, trustee and consultant. Allison was part of the team which set up the Bromley by Bow Healthy Living Centre and as CEO developed the Centre’s distinctive approcah to community ownership. Allison is an Associate of the Kings Fund and the Centre for Innovation in Health Management. She has also worked extensively with SCIE (Social Care Insitute for Excellence) to support leadership across the social care sector.
