We have placed most forms found at the Helpdesk on our Hsb School Noticeboard under Helpdesk documents on UEL Plus. These include staff phone numbers, module registration forms, important web sites etc.
The helpdesk is is open from 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday. Notification of any closures will be sent to all students via Web mail. The helpdesk can be contacted on 020-8223-4163 and can also be emailed hsbhelp@uel.ac.uk
Staff names, office locations, phone extensions and e-mail addresses can be found on the School’s website. All university telephone extensions can be accessed directly by telephoning 020-8223 + extension number.
Staff must be contacted by email to arrange an appointment or to seek advice. Staff will be available for tutorials and support at certain times as indicated by them – these times are usually posted on their office doors.
