Helpdesk
the School of Health, Sport and Bioscience's helpdesk provides support to students on all the programmes within the School. It is located in University House in UH104. We now have a digest of Helpdesk Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) providing information on a whole range of issues from enrolment to graduation.
Services
- Providing information, help and advice for students on our programmes
- Providing induction materials for new students, programme documentation and timetables for students at all levels
- Making appointments with tutors
- Acting as a go-between for students and programme tutors
- Taking in, logging and returning coursework
- School notice boards
Opening Times
The School of Health, Sport and Bioscience helpdesk is open at the following times during term time:
- Monday - 9am to 5pm
- Tuesday - 9am to 5pm
- Wednesday - 9am to 5pm
- Thursday - 9am to 5pm
- Friday - 9am to 5pm
Opening times may vary slightly during the university vacations and if you need to visit during the holidays you are advised to contact the School of Health, Sport and Bioscience helpdesk first to confirm opening times.
