Dr Hayee was previously teaching at the University of Glasgow in Public Health. She was involved in teaching and facilitation of seminars for the Masters of Public Health Programme and was also involved in teaching for the BSc and undergraduate medical curriculum. She was the Module Leader of the Globalization and Public Health module. She also supervised research projects of the Masters of Public Health students.
Her own Masters in Public Health was awarded with Merit from Kings College London, she received a Distinction in the Prevention of Disease Module. Prior to joining the University of Glasgow she worked as a Research Associate on a Health Promotion project. She has also worked in the NHS, taught at undergraduate and Masters level and has previously coordinated and managed an entire module of Prevention and Control of Communicable Diseases in Public Health. She trained as a Doctor in Pakistan and has hands on experience of working in Primary care.
Currently she is invovled in Lecturing and is developing her research skills. She will be the module leader of Understanding Health, Impact of Globalization on Health and International Development at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.
