Brief biography

After completing BSc and MSc in Sport and Exercise Science, I have been teaching sports biomechanics and exercise physiology  at UEL. I also am the health and safety coordinator for the school.

I am currently pursuing a PhD examining a total body model of efficiecny for human movements.

I am currently pusuing BASES accreditation through the supervised experience scheme (biomechanics support)
