Brief biography

After completing BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, and MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, I presently teach undergraduate Sport and Exercise Science at University of East London.

I am currently pursuing a PhD investigating athlete coping strategies within endurance sport.
I am also pursuing BASES accreditation through the supervised experience scheme (Scientific Support). I have worked with professional and amateur athletes at International, National and Regional levels; providing Sports Psychology support and skills-based workshops for individuals, team/clubs and Sport National Governing Bodies, as well as to Talented Athlete Development programmes.
