Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

The HR team have a clear goal, which is to develop and sustain a culture of staff engagement and achievement.

We work towards this through constant review against measurable benchmarks, and by setting out a clear strategic plan. Our Workforce Strategy supports our institutional strategy: "Transformation For Excellence"

Our key task is to implement UEL’s Workforce Strategy for 2010-15.  It is focused on raising the performance of UEL staff to enhance our student  and staff experience, to build on our research strengths and to expand our international activities.
