Our Service Standards

Our Service Standards

The HR team work closely with schools and services to ensure agreed policies and procedures are followed. These policies are contained in our Service Standards Statement.

Our eight-point Statement sets out that we will:

  1. Provide an efficient and effective recruitment service.
  2. Supply accurate, concise and clear management information.
  3. Provide an ongoing staff development programme.
  4. Ensure salaries are paid accurately and in a timely fashion.
  5. Assist in maintaining Investors in People performance criteria.
  6. Support and promote equality and diversity strategies.
  7. Promote health and safety and be responsive when situations occur.
  8. Maintain effective two-way communication with all UEL staff..

We have devised performance indicators as a method of benchmarking our performance in relation to these eight criteria. Find out more
