Employee Handbook
The UEL Employee Handbook is an online guide to general employment policies and procedures.
We expect all staff to be familiar with the policies contained in the Handbook and, as these are updated and amended as the need arises, it’s a good idea to refresh your knowledge by checking back on a regular basis.
Contents are listed alphabetically – and may be listed twice in some instances for ease of navigation.
To find the policy you are looking for, go to the letter of the alphabet that describes it (eg, Working Alone Policy, Academic Staff Probationary Policy).
If you have queries, or need to clarify the information contained in any of these policy documents, please contact your HR manager for more detailed advice.
