The overarching policy is our environmental policy. An environmental policy is a written statement outlining how an organisation will manage the environmental effects of its operations.
UEL's policy includes:

• A commitment to continuous improvement.
• Recognition of compliance with environmental legislation.
• Education and training of staff and students in environmental issues and the effects of their activities.
• Monitoring of progress and review of environmental performance at least annually.
