Any further queries can be dealt with by the staff on the information desk on the day of your graduation ceremony.
No eticket received- All etickets bar a few exceptions have been sent out now. If they haven’t received it, this is most likely because they don’t have their up to date email on the tempest system. Please advise them to see us at the info desk as early as possible to check their booking manually and we can reissue their ticket. It is important that the barcode is printed as we know some webmail clients separate the embedded barcode from the email.
The following ceremonies have sold out of guest tickets for those who have ordered them in advance:
All other ceremonies have tickets that will be sold on a first come first served basis at the Information Desk outside Indigo2 at the O2.
No more refunds- as it is past the deadline, where at least 1 week’s notice is required
Student tickets- Only guest etickets are sent out, students must collect their own ticket/ calling card from the registration desk on the day

Our award ceremonies are the biggest highlight of the university year that provide an excellent opportunity for you to celebrate your academic achievement along with your family and friends.

We have reopened certain ceremonies past the extended deadline (29/10/11), tickets are still available for Architecture & the Visual Arts; Royal Docks Business School- Postgraduate; Computing, Information Technology & Engineering - Undergraduate and Postgraduate; and Health & Biosciences.
All other ceremonies are sold out.
Visa letters: Please note that we are no longer accepting new visa letters requests as the deadline for this (17 October) has now passed.
