The MRes includes two mandatory core modules, GSM 011 (30 credits) which is run in both Semester A and Semester B and GSM 004 (60 credits) which is the Dissertation module and also available in both Semesters
MRes students must also complete one advanced research methods module from a choice of 4
These are : GSM 012, GSM 013, GSM 005 and GSM 016 (all 30 credits)
To obtain an MRes, students also need to complete 2 further modules which can be taken either from the list of GSM advanced research methods modules or any M-level module available to MRes students in any school at UEL.
