Registry can help you with advice and information throughout (and after) your period of study:
After the School Award Boards and Pre-Enrolment Panels have met, Registry enters the School decisions and produces transcripts and certificates of award for those students who have successfully completed their programmes of study. The team is happy to answer any queries you may have about your assessment record and advise on many regulatory matters.
Please note that all taught (on campus) programmes sit within the Academic Framework: Modular Regulations and these may be found at
Even if you are no longer a student, you may need Registry to confirm your award or produce a replacement certificate.
At the end of each period of study (usually a year), your School will assess you and make a decision about your re-enrolment for the following year. You should check this decision in UEL-Direct before you re-enrol on-line (you will be sent an email telling you how to do this).
Each year (and after the Field Boards have met) you will be able to view your module results on-line (via UEL-Direct) and print your module record.
A formal transcript of your results will be produced at the end of your programme and sent to your home address – please keep this up-to-date through UEL-Direct.
When you complete your programme of study, any award for which you are eligible will be agreed by your School Award Board. Registry will produce your certificate and send this to your home address - please keep this up-to-date through UEL-Direct.
If you lose your certificate of award, you will be asked to complete a form and send this back (together with a fee of £30). Replacement certificates can be produced for awards obtained since 1993 (and often a lot earlier, although this cannot be guaranteed). Awards can be verified (also for a fee of £30) and duplicate transcripts (for undergraduate degree scheme students) can also be produced from 1994 onwards. A fee may be charged if multiple copies of transcripts are required.
