Student Registry

The Student Registry is responsible for the accurate collection and maintenance of student data from enrolment to graduation and deals with the following administrative functions:

  1. Assessment : administrative support to the assessment process including recording students’ pre-enrolment panel decisions and awards, and producing final transcripts and certificates of award.
  2. Student Records : managing enrolment of new and continuing students, issuing student ID cards and maintaining students' records, including data validation and reconciliation exercises.
  3. Fees and Systems: annual fees update and the maintenance of the annual schedule of fees. This also includes monitoring the introduction of new programmes and programme withdrawals. Other work includes development of on-line enrolment via UEL Direct
